This Explicit Consent Form covers the consent provided by me pursuant to applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in relation to the personal data processed within the scope of services offered by Asistone Yazılım ve Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Asistone"). This consent applies to all Asistone products, including Asistone AI and Asistone ERP.

By reading and accepting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and hereby declare that I provide my consent freely, explicitly, and on an informed basis regarding the matters set forth below.

  1. Data Processing for AI-Powered Features

In order to benefit from the AI-powered features offered by Asistone, I explicitly consent to the processing of:

  • Written and visual message content from messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and similar platforms
  • Metadata related to such messages

for the purposes of generating AI-powered responses, analyzing messages, and automating communication workflows.

In this regard, I acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses are not legally or commercially binding
  • AI features operate only to the extent enabled by me
  1. Automated Messaging

I explicitly consent to Asistone creating and sending automated message responses on my behalf, within the rules explicitly enabled and configured by me, including:

  • At specific times, on specific days, or continuously

I acknowledge that I can disable these automated operations at any time.

  1. Marketing and Campaign Data Processing

I explicitly consent to the processing of the following data for marketing and campaign management purposes:

WhatsApp Campaigns:

  • Customer contact lists that I upload for campaign purposes
  • Recipient selection from existing conversations
  • Campaign message content and delivery data

Meta Marketing API:

  • Connection of my Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising accounts via OAuth
  • Retrieval and analysis of my advertising performance data
  • AI-powered analysis and recommendations based on my advertising data

I acknowledge that:

  • I am responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from my customers before including them in campaigns
  • I am responsible for compliance with applicable advertising and marketing regulations
  • Asistone does not upload my customer data to Meta; I manage my own ad targeting through Meta's platforms
  1. Data Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

I explicitly consent to the sharing of my personal data, to a limited and necessary extent, with:

  • AI service providers (solely for inference / response generation purposes)
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (for Meta Marketing API integration, via my OAuth authorization)
  • Cloud infrastructure and technical service providers

for the purpose of providing Asistone's services.

I acknowledge that such sharing is not for advertising or marketing purposes on behalf of Asistone.

  1. Abandoned Cart Recovery

When using Asistone's e-commerce integration features (such as Shopify), I explicitly consent to the following abandoned cart recovery operations:

Recovery Notifications:

  • [ ] I wish to receive reminder messages for incomplete purchases
  • [ ] These messages may be sent via WhatsApp, email, or SMS based on my available contact information
  • [ ] A maximum of 3 reminder messages will be sent per abandoned cart

Timing and Frequency:

  • First reminder: Approximately 1 hour after cart abandonment
  • Second reminder: Approximately 24 hours after cart abandonment (if first reminder was not acted upon)
  • Third reminder: Approximately 72 hours after cart abandonment (if previous reminders were not acted upon)

Data Processing:

I acknowledge that the following data will be processed for abandoned cart recovery:

  • Cart contents and product selections
  • My contact information (email, phone number)
  • Cart value and any applied discounts
  • Abandonment timestamp

Consent Withdrawal:

I can withdraw this consent at any time by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any recovery message
  • Using the application settings
  • Or by sending an email to bilgi@asistone.ai

Note: Abandoned cart recovery features are only activated when enabled by the store owner and when customer consent has been obtained. Store owners are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent mechanisms are in place for their customers.

  1. Marketing Communications (Optional)

I separately and explicitly consent to receiving updates, announcements, and promotional communications regarding Asistone's products and services via electronic communication channels.

I acknowledge that I can withdraw this consent at any time.

  1. Withdrawal of Consent

I acknowledge that I can withdraw my consent at any time by:

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out prior to the date of withdrawal.

  1. Final Provision

I declare that I have read and understood this Explicit Consent Form and that I freely and explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope set forth above.
