This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the acceptable and prohibited use of the services provided by Asistone Yazılım ve Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Asistone", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy applies to all users of Asistone's websites, applications, integrations, and APIs, including Asistone AI and Asistone ERP.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

  1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that Asistone's services are used in a lawful, ethical, secure, and responsible manner, and to prevent abuse of messaging platforms, advertising features, AI features, and third-party integrations.

  1. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for legitimate business or personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

Permitted use includes:

  • Managing customer communications and support
  • Sending messages to users who have provided appropriate consent
  • Using AI features within the limits configured and authorized by the user
  • Integrating supported third-party platforms in accordance with their terms
  • Managing and analyzing advertising campaigns through Meta Marketing API
  • Conducting WhatsApp Campaigns to customers who have provided consent
  1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:

  • Spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications
  • Phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Distribution of malware, harmful code, or malicious content
  • Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or threats
  • Transmission of unlawful, obscene, or infringing content
  • Circumvention of rate limits, safeguards, or platform restrictions
  • Impersonation of individuals, businesses, or organizations
  • Unauthorized collection, processing, or sharing of personal data
  • Use of the Services in violation of messaging platform or e-commerce provider policies
  • Any activity that could disrupt, overload, or damage Asistone's systems or third-party services
  1. Messaging Platform Compliance

When using messaging integrations (including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable platform policies, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining required user consents
  • Respecting opt-out and unsubscribe requests
  • Sending messages only to intended recipients
  • Avoiding prohibited or restricted content

Asistone reserves the right to suspend or restrict messaging functionality in cases of suspected abuse or policy violations.

  1. Advertising and Marketing Compliance

When using advertising and marketing features (including Meta Marketing API and WhatsApp Campaigns), you must comply with all applicable regulations and platform policies.

Meta Marketing API:

  • You must comply with Meta Advertising Policies and Community Standards
  • You must not use advertising features to promote prohibited products or services
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your advertising content
  • You must respect audience targeting restrictions and data protection requirements

WhatsApp Campaigns:

  • You must obtain explicit consent from recipients before including them in campaigns
  • You must provide clear opt-out mechanisms in your messages
  • You must not send campaigns to users who have opted out or unsubscribed
  • You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable marketing regulations
  • Campaign content must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws

AI-Generated Marketing Content:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated advertising and marketing content
  • AI-generated content must comply with platform policies and applicable regulations
  • You must not rely solely on AI for content that requires human judgment or legal review

Asistone may suspend or terminate access to advertising and marketing features if you violate these requirements or receive complaints from platforms or regulators.

  1. AI Feature Usage

AI-powered features must be used responsibly and within configured limits.

You must not:

  • Use AI agents to generate misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content
  • Rely on AI outputs for decisions that require human judgment without proper review
  • Attempt to bypass AI guardrails or safety mechanisms
  • Use AI to create content that violates platform advertising policies

Asistone may limit, disable, or suspend AI features in cases of misuse.

  1. Monitoring and Enforcement

Asistone may monitor usage patterns to detect violations of this AUP, ensure security, and maintain service integrity.

If a violation is suspected or confirmed, Asistone may take appropriate action, including:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Temporarily suspending features or accounts
  • Permanently terminating access
  • Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required
  1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Content sent, managed, or automated through the Services
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated outputs
  • Advertising and marketing campaigns created through the Services
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party policies
  • Obtaining required consents from your customers for marketing communications

Asistone is not responsible for user-generated content or actions that violate this AUP.

  1. Changes to This Policy

Asistone may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be published on our websites and, where appropriate, communicated via email.

  1. Governing Law

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
