This AI Usage & Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") explains how artificial intelligence ("AI") features are used within the services provided by Asistone Yazılım ve Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Asistone", "we", "us", or "our") and sets forth important limitations and responsibilities related to such use. This disclaimer applies to all Asistone products, including Asistone AI and Asistone ERP.

  1. Scope of AI Features

Asistone provides optional AI-powered features that may assist users in managing customer communications, generating responses, supporting operational workflows, and optimizing advertising and marketing activities.

AI features are:

  • Optional and user-controlled
  • Configurable through user-selected system prompts and permissions
  • Subject to technical and operational guardrails

Users may enable, modify, limit, or disable AI features at any time.

AI features include, but are not limited to:

  • AI agents for automated customer responses
  • AI-powered message analysis and categorization
  • AI-generated advertising recommendations based on Meta Marketing API data
  • AI-assisted content generation for marketing campaigns
  • AI-powered insights and analytics
  1. User Control and Authorization

AI agents operate strictly within the scope defined by the user.

  • AI agents do not act autonomously unless explicitly authorized
  • Automated responses or actions occur only within user-defined rules
  • Certain actions (such as pricing or product-related responses) require explicit user permission and integration authorization
  • AI-powered advertising recommendations require user approval before implementation

Asistone does not enable AI-driven actions without user consent.

  1. No Legal or Commercial Reliance

AI-generated outputs:

  • Are provided for informational and operational support purposes only
  • Do not constitute legal, financial, commercial, or professional advice
  • Are not legally or commercially binding

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and acting upon AI-generated content where required.

This includes AI-generated:

  • Customer responses
  • Advertising recommendations
  • Marketing content
  • Campaign suggestions
  1. Accuracy and Limitations

While Asistone implements safeguards to improve reliability:

  • AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
  • AI outputs depend on the data, instructions, and permissions provided by the user
  • AI agents will not generate responses for topics where sufficient data is not available and may instead create tickets for manual handling
  • AI-powered advertising recommendations are based on available data and do not guarantee campaign performance

Asistone does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

  1. No Automated Decision-Making Without Consent

AI features do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects unless the user has explicitly enabled and authorized such functionality.

AI agents do not independently:

  • Approve or reject transactions
  • Cancel orders
  • Make binding commitments
  • Spend advertising budget without user approval
  • Modify advertising campaigns without user authorization

Any such actions require explicit user configuration and authorization.

  1. AI for Advertising and Marketing

AI features may be used to support advertising and marketing activities:

Meta Marketing API Analysis:

  • AI may analyze advertising performance data retrieved via Meta Marketing API
  • AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and require user approval
  • Users are responsible for the final decisions regarding their advertising campaigns

Campaign Content Generation:

  • AI may generate suggested content for WhatsApp Campaigns and other marketing communications
  • All AI-generated marketing content requires user review and approval before sending
  • Users are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with platform policies and applicable regulations
  1. Third-Party AI Providers

Asistone may rely on third-party AI service providers to deliver AI-powered features.

  • AI processing is used solely for inference purposes
  • Message content and related data are not used to train AI models
  • Data shared with AI providers is limited to what is necessary to perform the requested function

Use of AI features may be subject to the terms and policies of such third-party providers.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

AI-related data processing is conducted in accordance with Asistone's Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

  • AI features do not use personal data for advertising purposes on behalf of Asistone
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that any required consents are obtained from their end users
  • AI-processed data is subject to the same retention and deletion policies as other user data
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Asistone shall not be liable for actions taken based on AI-generated outputs
  • Asistone does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from AI-assisted interactions
  • Users bear full responsibility for the use of AI features and resulting communications
  • Asistone is not liable for the performance or results of advertising campaigns informed by AI recommendations

This AI Usage & Disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on Asistone's websites and, where appropriate, communicated via email.

  1. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
